WSD Names Nicole Myers as Assistant Director of Early Childhood Special Education

The Wentzville School District Board of Education approved the hiring of Nicole Myers as the assistant director of Early Childhood Special Education, effective July 1, 2022.  

Myers is currently the director of student services for the Northwest R-I School District. Prior to assuming that role in 2017, Nicole was a special education process coordinator and an administrator at the Alternative Behavior Program in Northwest R-I. Ms. Myers has been a special educator since 2000 and has wide-ranging experience in her many roles.   

“I am honored to be joining the Wentzville School District,” said Myers. “I look forward to serving the children and families of Barfield Early Childhood Center. Helping families navigate their options and opportunities is something I am passionate about and looking forward to in this role.” 

Myers is currently pursuing her doctorate from Missouri Baptist, which she expects to have conferred in 2023. She holds an Educational Specialist’s Degree in Educational Leadership, and she earned her master’s degree in educational leadership from Missouri State University.
