WSD Hires New Director of Secondary Learning

The WSD Board of Education approved the hiring of Priscilla Frost for the position of Director of Secondary Learning, effective July 1, 2021.
Ms. Frost is currently an Assistant Principal at Lindbergh High School.
"I look forward to supporting the district's mission to provide a learning environment that equips students with the skills and knowledge to excel in a changing environment by fostering excellence and integrity in our students," Frost shared.
Prior to becoming Assistant Principal in 2012, she taught English and Journalism and served as Department Chair at Lindbergh Schools for six years. Ms. Frost started her teaching career in the Hazelwood School District in 1999.Ms. Frost holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English, with a minor in Journalism, Speech, and Theater from Eastern Illinois University. She holds a Master’s Degree in English from Webster University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration from Southwest Baptist University. Priscilla has received a variety of awards and recognitions, including the Lindbergh Leader Award, the Missouri Scholastic Journalism Association Administrator of the Year, and the Missouri State Association of Student Councils Administrator of the Year. As a teacher, she was named the Hazelwood District Teacher of the Year and the Hazelwood School District Rookie Teacher of the Year.
