WSD Hires new Assistant Director of Adaptive Learning

The WSD Board of Education approved the hiring of Stephanie Hoffmeister for the position of Assistant Director of Adaptive Learning, effective July 1, 2021.
Ms. Hoffmeister has been a Special Education teacher at the Mind Development Center since 2015. In that role, she has served as a teacher leader and as a new teacher mentor. Prior to working for the Mind Development Center, she was a Special Education teacher and Relationship Development Intervention Consultant at Howard Park Center Special Education.
“I have had the incredible pleasure of working in the Wentzville School District at The Mind Development Center as an educator for the last five years,” shared Hoffmeister. “I am humbled and honored to now transition into the role of Assistant Director of Adaptive Learning. I look forward to collaborating with administration, staff, families, and the community to continue to provide a safe and trusting educational environment that will create a positive impact on our exceptional students’ education and their quality of success.”
Ms. Hoffmeister has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Eastern Illinois University, a Master of Arts degree in School Administration from Lindenwood University, and she is currently pursuing her Educational Specialist’s degree in Administration from Lindenwood University.
