As a community member, parent, and educator I am prepared to engage with other community members, parents and educators to work collectively to ensure students of the Wentzville School District are provided all the resources to secure their future.
In 2001, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Lindenwood University. During my time in college I worked at Children’s Edu-Care Center, a Montessori Pre-School. A few years later in 2005, I graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Elementary Education specializing in Reading from Lindenwood University. In 2010, I graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Master of Arts Degree in Elementary Administration. I then went on to pursue a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University and graduated in 2012, where I wrote my doctoral dissertation on how collaboration and professional development can impact student achievement.
