The Math Club provides our fourth and fifth grade students additional enrichment during school. The purpose of the club is to develop a team of students to represent Crossroads Elementary at the regional math contest in the spring of each school year.
The Ambassador Club provides a positive leadership opportunity for our students. The Ambassador Club’s membership will consist of fifth grade students. All fifth grade students have the opportunity to complete an application to be considered for the Ambassador Club. There is a fall and spring Ambassador Club for our fifth graders. A team of teachers will review all applications of the students who will be selected for the Ambassador Club. Students who exhibit leadership talents, superior attendance, no discipline referrals, and have met Honor Roll status are considered. The Ambassadors of Crossroads Elementary play an important role in representing our school during our assemblies, special visits, and other leadership opportunities.
The Computer Club will consist of students from second through fifth grades. They will learn about hardware and computer software, test software and help install software around the school. They will learn to use scanners, digital cameras, and utilize and conduct PowerPoint presentations.
