Enrolling a student at Crossroads Elementary School.
If you are a parent or legal guardian residing within the Crossroads Elementary School boundaries and need to enroll a new student, follow the procedures below:

Regular Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Summer Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00a.m.- 5:00p.m.
We will need basic information from the parent/guardian in order to create your child's profile. The profile will give you access to the Parent Portal and will list all incomplete registration documents that need to be submitted.
You must provide 2 proofs of residency, immunization records or an exemption card, as well as any other building-specific forms requested. Refer to the attached link for detailed information regarding acceptable proof of residency. Required Enrollment Documents- Proof of Residency.
All proof of residence and immunizations can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to (636)-445-5324.
PDF documents only - no cell phone pictures accepted.
Your child may need to be screened by Parents as Teachers, call to schedule an appointment at (636)-327-5634.
