We-LEAD Program 2019-20
The Wentzville Leadership in Educational Administration Development Program (We-LEAD) occurs annually for current WSD employees who are interested in growing their leadership skills and learning more about school leadership. Participants in We-LEAD meet six full days during the school year to learn and develop as leaders. These days include professional learning and field experiences. Professional learning includes topics such as panels of school administrators, interviewing, leadership development, adult learning, school finance, student and administrative services, providing feedback, and more. Field experiences are set up by the participant and include spending time shadowing current leaders in the WSD and around the St. Charles and St. Louis County areas.
We-LEAD is a commitment to learning. Participants are expected to attend all six full days and participate fully in the learning.
APPLICATIONS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED FOR THE 2019-20 We-LEAD PROGRAM
If you have any questions about the We-Lead program, please reach out to Dr. Jennifer Hecktor by email at jenniferhecktor@wsdr4.org and Dr. Megan Stryjewski by email at meganstryjewski@wsdr4.org.
